Olivia can apparently remember what I tell her, even once, for days now. I told her Friday that Meema was coming and we would go to the pumpkin patch. I reminded her about it yesterday and she squealed, "punkies!!!!" Yes sweetie, we'll get you another pumpkin after the hayride because so far 7 hasn't been enough at our house, including the one she named "Dale." So we went to the farm, and started with a hayride. As you can tell from her face, this was to be taken very seriously.
Then it was time to feed the sheep and goats. Also to be taken very seriously without breaking a smile.
When we returned to the pumpkin patch, the wagon came to a stop and Olivia realized what time it was...."PUNKIES!!" Who cares about a hay ride or petting zoo when there are pumpkins to see!?!?!?
